Passengers: Know Your Rights

The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of Aviation Consumer Protection outlines passenger protections that may be provided by an airline during travel disruptions. These include travelers' rights to refunds, rights in the event of a flight delay or a cancellation, rights if bumped off an overbooked flight or if baggage is lost, damaged or delayed.
